Our Process

We are true partners with our clients and always aim for transparency. This starts with our first meeting and continues with regular updates throughout the process all the way to delivery. We are happy to answer any questions about lead times, quantity minimums, trends, and merchandising.

We all have an initial discussion of needs, design ideas, and inspiration 

  1. Our Commerce Team brainstorms product ideas and design direction 

  2. Then, the Design Team joins the mix to kick off design

  3. The Client (you!) receives the first round of design mockups for review and edit requests (including pricing information)

  4. Designs are finalized and approved

  5. Merchandise is ordered!
