Founders Chad and Gracie have built quite the following since first opening East Side Banh Mi, but when they first came to us they knew that relocating from California to open a restaurant in East Nashville could present unique challenges. So they leaned on our understanding of Nashville’s culinary atmosphere, and especially East Nashville’s own unique character, to help them get East Side Banh Mi off to a beautiful start. Together, with their incredible vision we were able to come up with a colorful, friendly approach that broke a lot of rules and makes us smile every time we drive down Gallatin Road.

One thing for sure, they knew they did not want a typical “polished chain restaurant” vibe and really wanted their independent spirit to shine through. With this in mind, we gladly broke the ‘rules’ of branding, and instead of creating one distinct logo, developed a suite of logo options to use interchangeably.
